Counter picks up your calls and texts, day or night. It answers from your own services, prices, and policies, books straight into the calendar you already use, and hands anything that needs judgment to your team.
We handle the setup and the tuning. You approve your services, prices, and booking rules.

This is live. Ask about prices, book a time, then try moving it.
You can't answer it. You're in the room, hands busy, which is exactly where you should be. So the phone rings out, the caller hears a recording, and now they have a decision to make.
Someone with a sore back at 7 pm isn't waiting for a callback tomorrow. They're calling the next practice on the list, and the first one that picks up and says "I can get you in Thursday at 2" wins. Not the best practice. The one that answered.
Don't see yours? Ask on the call.
You tell us about the practice: services, prices, hours, providers, policies, and how you like things handled.
Your front desk, your number, your calendar. We do the setup, and you review the services, prices, and booking rules before anything goes live.
Send us changes anytime: new prices, new hours, a new provider. On the Practice plan we also review the conversations and tune it for you.
Solo providers, practices with up to six providers, and larger groups on a custom plan: massage, med spas, hair salons, esthetics, pet grooming, fitness and Pilates studios, and any business that lives by the appointment book.
If you're the person who answers the phone between clients, or you're paying someone to, this is for you.
Solo is our standard setup for one provider. Practice is built around your team and managed by us: we learn who does what and when, then keep tuning it.

Counter answers only from what you've approved for your practice: your services, prices, hours, and policies. Anything outside that, or anything that needs judgment, becomes a handoff: it takes the caller's name, number, and reason, and your team calls back. It's built to hand off rather than guess.
Yes. Your phone rings first, and any call you can't answer forwards to Counter, which takes care of the caller and books the appointment. There's nothing to announce to your customers.
If it's an office landline or an internet phone line, yes: we add texting to your current number, and calls stay with your phone company. If your business line is your personal cell, calls still forward to Counter, and text follow-ups come from your dedicated Counter number, introduced as your business.
No. We run the phone service, and your plan includes your number and texts.
It's always yours. It stays with your phone company the whole time; Counter only answers the calls that are forwarded to it.
Usually a few days after the setup call. The pace is set by your calendar platform's connection, not by paperwork.
Tell us and we reconnect it, as long as the new platform is one we support. It's part of the service, not a new project.
Yes. You can read the transcripts whenever you like. On the Practice plan we review them too; that's how we keep tuning it.
Counter runs your front desk. If something else eats your team's time, like intake forms or follow-ups, we build those too.
Email us. It ends at the close of your billing month. No contracts, no cancellation fee.
Your team focuses on the room. Try the demo above, or book a short call and tell us about your practice.
